Sample Lesson Of The Single Mom Journey Group Video Curriculum

All you need is a facilitator! The curriculum is set up so that anyone can lead the group. We encourage you to find a solid Christian lady or couple to be in charge of the group.

If it is feasible schedule your group during already pre-programmed church times such as during small groups, Sunday School, Connection Classes, Life Groups, etc. when childcare is already provided. We encourage groups to meet as often as possible to keep the excitement going. Churches can have their group meet once a week, every other week, once a month, or whenever works for them. We encourage Churches to keep in contact with single moms on a regular basis through text or email to keep them engaged in the group.

Though some children might attend the group with their moms, because they do not feel comfortable going to another class, it is recommended to have childcare available to the moms during group times. (Planning the support group during regularly scheduled church programming such as AWANA, Sunday School, etc. can help with this!)
